At Merchant Menswear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
